T.J. Lubinsky, Producer of the Channel 12 oldies show, contacted Ali Hackett
- King of the Oldies - and ran an idea past him.
The
idea was having Line Dancers dance instead of airing viewers calling into the station to make pledges to keep the Channel
12 oldies review going.
As such, Ali agreed to get a group of Line Dancers together. This is when Ali contacted Bernadette, Tiffani,
Dawud and Tara and met with them to discuss the idea. After that, the four instructors met and put together the line dance
group for Ali. The rest, as they say, is history.
